Make a Future and Surrey Schools will be holding an exclusive information session on education sector careers on Thursday, February 17th, 2022.

The information session will be held virtually for job seekers interested in learning more about the variety of career opportunities in Metro Vancouver's public school districts and independent schools. Make a Future's, Senior Manager, Strategic Talent Acquisition will be presenting information on the province's most sought-after teaching roles and non-teaching support roles and sharing tips on how to get noticed by employers.

On the province's official job board for public school districts and independent schools, www.makeafuture.ca,  you'll find several hundred teaching opportunities and many more vacancies for support staff. In addition to education assistants, BC's K-12 employers are also actively recruiting tradespeople, bus drivers, education assistants, student support workers, cooks, administrative clerks, and more.

For Surrey residents looking for jobs opportunities in their community, Surrey Schools' Associate Manager, Human Resources – Recruitment will be sharing information about the school district's current hiring needs.
