Salary and Benefits
SALARY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Urban Academy offers a competitive salary range of $65,979 to $113,101, along with a comprehensive benefits package and RRSP matching program.
Educators at our school benefit from personalized professional development plans and professional development opportunities through our membership in the Independent Schools Association of British Columbia (ISABC) and the Canadian Accredited Independent Schools (CAIS) network.
