SALARY AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Southpointe Academy offers industry-leading salaries, 6% above the local public school district grid at all levels. We foster a collaborative culture that empowers teachers to grow through IB-specific training, workshops and career opportunities in curriculum, co-curricular and leadership roles.
