School Overview

For more than 100 years, the Diocese of Nelson has been providing Catholic education to communities in the beautiful Okanagan and Kootenay regions of British Columbia. Presently, we operate elementary schools in Cranbrook, Nelson, Trail, Penticton, Kelowna and West Kelowna and a high school in Kelowna. The mission of the Catholic Independent Schools of Nelson Diocese (CISND) is to educate the whole child through the Gospel message of Jesus Christ. Through collaboration with the home and Church, CISND works to create lifelong learners who are contributing Christian members of society.
