Recruiting Teachers at Nipissing University's Education Career Fair
Make a Future and 3 BC school districts will be attending Nipissing's annual Education Career Fair on Friday, February 7th, 2020. Schulich School of Education students will have the opportunity to learn more about the 400+ job openings available across British Columbia and which school districts are hiring.We'll also share information about how OCT certified teachers can easily obtain a BC teaching certificate and why British Columbia is such a popular destination among Ontario teachers looking to build their careers in a full-time, part-time or on-call role.
British Columbia is in the midst of a teacher hiring surge, and there are opportunities for primary and secondary teachers in almost every subject area. In particular, school districts are in greatest need of Special Education, French Immersion, Senior Math, Senior Sciences, Technology Education, Learning Assistance/Support teachers.
The career fair takes place in Robert J. Surtees Athletic Centre from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Stop by Table 51 for free swag and to learn more about careers in BC education.
