Meet Make a Future at OISE's Professional Preparation Conference
Make a Future's team will be in Toronto on Thursday, December 14th at OISE's Professional Preparation Conference (PPC). Come speak to us about teaching opportunities in British Columbia. We can tell you which school districts are hiring and how easy it can be to obtain a BC teaching certificate. Also joining us at the event will be the Greater Victoria School District #61. Greater Victoria, located on Vancouver Island will be looking to recruit teachers for their on-call/substitute teaching pool. They are seeking out teachers with outstanding practicum reports, high academic achievement and excellent professional references.
If you're interested in working at Greater Victoria or other BC school districts, there are more than 400 job opportunities on makeafuture.ca to consider. BC school districts are in the midst of a recruitment spree and are expected to continue hiring teachers in all subject areas and grade levels into the new year.
