Make a Future and three British Columbia school districts will be attending Nipissing's annual Education Career Fair on Friday, February 7th, 2020. Nipissing's Schulich School of Education students looking to launch their teaching careers will have the opportunity to learn more about the 400+ job openings available in British Columbia.
We'll be there to share valuable information about the teacher certification process, and how easily Ontario-certified teachers can easily obtain a BC certificate. With so many teacher job openings available across the province, we'll also be helping Ontario teachers decide where to move so that they can live their best lives and build their careers in either a full-time, part-time, or on-call role.
British Columbia is amid a teacher hiring surge, and we're looking for passionate educators to join our growing workforce. There are opportunities for primary and secondary teachers in almost every subject area. In particular, school districts are in greatest need of Special Education, Learning Assistance/Support, French Immersion, Senior Math, Senior Sciences, and Technology Education teachers.
