Salary and Benefits

Pathways Academy offers a salary range of $1,736–$2,392 per FTE, along with the flexibility and convenience of working from home.

Our fully online learning model eliminates commuting time and costs, supports a healthy work-life balance, and provides greater flexibility to manage both professional and personal commitments.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

We are committed to supporting the growth and success of every educator. Pathways provides comprehensive onboarding, mentorship opportunities, and dedicated support for teachers who are new to online learning. Educators also have access to annual professional development and training opportunities.
