Salary and Benefits

SALARY AND benefits

Staff at Columbia Academy receive competitive salaries starting from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience and class size.

We value our educators and are committed to supporting their well-being both inside and outside the classroom. Full-time teachers become eligible for extended health benefits following the successful completion of a five (5) month probationary period.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • Three (3) dedicated Professional Development Days annually
  • Opportunities to expand leadership skills and gain valuable experience in areas of increased responsibility
  • Ongoing learning and collaboration with experienced education professionals
