Salary and Benefits

SALARY AND benefits

Teaching staff are offered a competitive salary range of $78,000–$80,000 per year. Educational Assistants earn $27 per hour, based on a 7.5‑hour workday.

All staff benefit from a comprehensive employment package that includes:

  • 5 sick days and 5 personal days annually
  • Competitive benefits, including dental coverage, extended health care, prescription medications and optical benefits

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

ArtsCalibre Academy supports ongoing professional growth through development opportunities offered throughout the school year and during the week prior to the start of school.

Recent professional learning has focused on supporting neurodivergent learners, Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), Functional Behaviour Assessments and the effective use of AI as a tool for planning and learning.
