Salary and Benefits

SALARY AND benefits

We offer competitive compensation for permanent staff, inclusive of vacation pay and commensurate with years of experience:

  • Faculty (Certified Teachers): $68,480 – $118,514
  • Education Assistants: $46,659 – $55,991
  • Early Childhood Educators: $42,409 – $53,284, plus a $6.00/hour government wage enhancement (subject to eligibility and continued funding)

Our comprehensive benefits package supports staff health, wellness and financial security, including extended health, dental, vision and wellness coverage. We also offer an RRSP matching program, contributing up to 8% when employees contribute 4% of their salary.
