Regional Diversity
We have outstanding mountain scenery and outdoor recreation opportunities, along with the most hours of sunshine in BC. Cranbrook offers the services of a large city: a post-secondary college, junior hockey team, thriving arts scene and airport. The region also has 25 golf resorts, numerous lakes and the Fernie Alpine Resort, one of North America’s top 10 ski resorts.
Specialty Programs
We offer an international education program, hockey academy, Learning through the Arts program and elementary band programs. Our secondary school athletic and fine arts programs are especially outstanding. We also offer transition programs and dual credit programs with the College of the Rockies. Our high school completion rate consistently ranks in the top five in BC.

Our community shares a love of the outdoors and offers a peaceful and healthy lifestyle. In our schools, we strive to provide the best possible educational opportunities for all students, and we are proud of the productive partnerships we have established with our Aboriginal community.
